The undisputed king of the streets is ready for winter. Nike has officially unveiled the Air Force 1 Low, now fortified through a technical collaboration with sole specialist Vibram and GORE-TEX. This all-weather hybrid shoe, offered in the new “Clay Green” colorway, is the ultimate blend of street style and rugged outdoor performance.
The new model transforms the Air Force 1’s classic look with tactical materials. The entire upper is constructed with waterproof leather coated in GORE-TEX, ensuring the shoe remains completely dry in wet conditions. The aesthetic is grounded in a muted Clay Green and dark blueish-green palette, contrasted by black accents on the Swoosh and inner lining.
The most dramatic change, however, is underfoot. The traditional, flat AF1 sole is replaced by a chunky, lugged Vibram rubber outsole. This provides elite grip and superior traction for snow, rain, or slick city streets, making the shoe a true all-terrain companion. Subtle co-branding is evident, with the small yellow Vibram logo on the midsole and the dubraes (lace tags) etched with GORE-TEX, proudly signaling the shoe’s weatherproof capabilities.
