Regina's and Merz B. Schwanen Unveil High-Style Workwear Capsule
Lower East Side deli meets German craftsmanship in this limited-edition collection.
New York’s Regina’s Grocery has partnered with renowned German workwear brand Merz B. Schwanen to create a limited-edition capsule collection.
The four-piece collection showcases a thoughtful reimagining of classic workwear staples. The centerpiece is a meticulously constructed work shirt featuring a practical marker pocket. The capsule also introduces a resized short beanie, a nod to vintage military and watchmen headwear, and a classic oversized tote for everyday versatility. Each item in the collection bears distinctive branding, emphasizing the “work” ethos central to both Regina’s and Merz B. Schwanen’s identities.
Regina’s owner expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “I’ve been looking to work with a brand who believed in all the same things we do to create the ‘high style’ deli shirt. The care, attention and love that Gitta and Peter put into every piece at Merz is what made it clear they were the perfect partner.”
The capsule collection will launch with a celebratory event on August 3 at Regina’s on Orchard Street.
