Supreme Drops New Skate Clip, Hints at Miami Store Opening
The William Strobeck-shot clip features Sean Pablo, Seven Strong and Troy Gipson.

It’s been a busy week for Supreme. Less than 48 hours after eyewear conglomerate EssilorLuxottica — whose brand portfolio includes Ray-Ban and Oakley, among others — announced its purchase of Supreme from VF Corp, Supreme’s current parent company, for $1.5B USD, Supreme is already back to dropping new skate videos and teasing yet another store opening, this time in Miami.
The brand posted a short clip to its Instagram, filmed by William Strobeck and showing team members Sean Pablo, Seven Strong and Troy Gipson skating at Miami’s famed Lot 11 skatepark — all soundtracked by singer Syl Johnson’s 1972 hit “We Did It.” Though the posting of this video doesn’t serve as official confirmation that Supreme is indeed opening a flagship store in Miami, it’s in the same vein as the announcement of the brand’s Milan store opening in May, which was also preceded by a skate clip.
Besides sales and stores, Supreme has also stayed busy over the summer months with the drop of its Summer 2024 T-shirt collection and its latest effort with Vans, three colorways of the Sid, plus a high-heat collaboration with Ducati.
Check out the clip above, and stay tuned for more info on a potential Supreme Miami store opening as it’s made available.
