adidas and Civilist Unveil the ZX-6001

The Civilist ZX-6001 by adidas Skateboarding merges the iconic design of the ZX6000 with inspiration from 1990s and 2000s skate shoes. This unique model introduces a suede-based heel clip, a first for the ZX series, and features the classic adidas Torsion Bar with a Soft Cell heel cushion, now adorned with Civilist’s signature smiley face logo. Berlin’s Civilist store, a pillar of the city’s skate scene since 2009, has collaborated with adidas to create a shoe that bridges skate culture and streetwear fashion. The ZX-6001’s clean, premium colorway unites skate, lifestyle, and fashion enthusiasts, offering both style and performance for any setting.
Drawing on Civilist’s deep connection to Berlin’s vibrant skateboarding community, the shoe’s design pays homage to the era when skateboarding culture began to significantly influence streetwear fashion.
