Drake Teases New Music With Gordo Set to Release This Summer
Gordo took to his Instagram Story to share the news.
Fresh off his beef and hard-hitting back and forth tracks with Kendrick Lamar, Drake appears to be cooking something up with Gordo. Showing no signs of stopping, Drake seems to have more to say and is looking to put it later this summer.
Staying creative in the studio, the Canadian rapper appeared on Gordo’s Instagram Story recently. Gordo teased that new music with Drake is arriving very soon, specifically “Summer 2024.” Gordo, a Guatemalan-American electronic dance music producer, has been known to pioneer festival trap sound in mainstream music and is acknowledged for his success with genre-crossing. He has worked with Drake in the past and has been credited in Drake’s Honestly Nevermind.
Drake is keeping busy, recently dropping a new feature on Sexxy Red’s “U My Everything.” While it seems he is taking a bit of a break following his beef with Kendrick, it remains to be seen if he will reference the beef in the upcoming project with Gordo this summer.
