Vollebak Releases Full Metal Jacket Copper Edition
Crafted from 11 kilometers of copper.

London-based outerwear brand Vollebak has released the Full Metal Jacket Copper Edition. Merging innovative technology with advanced materials, this distinctive garment is constructed from 11 kilometers of copper. Not only does it feature an eye-catching design, but its 59.5% copper content also contributes to its functional properties.
As copper is known for its antimicrobial qualities, the material provides the jacket with enhanced resistance to bacteria and viruses to meet the modern demands for health-conscious apparel. The jacket showcases a three-layered construction with a soft interior, a Swiss-engineered c_change® membrane and an outer layer that’s meticulously crafted from lacquered copper yarn.
The c_change® responds dynamically to temperature fluctuations, opening up to release excess heat and moisture in warmer conditions, while also contracts to conserve heat when the temperature drops. This adaptive feature ensures optimal comfort and protection across various weather conditions.
Crafted in Romania, the Full Metal Jacket comes in Black, Copper, and Silver. Each variant retains the jacket’s futuristic, almost computer-generated look and is available for $1,595 USD via Vollebak’s website.
