Union Glashütte Pays Homage To German Rally Racing With New Noramis Date Limited Edition

Union Glashütte has unveiled a new limited-edition Noramis Date time-teller dedicated to this year’s ADAC Deutschland Klassik race — a three-day rally taking place in one of Germany’s most beautiful regions.
Spotlighting a stunning silver and black dial in an intricate pattern, the design nods to an iconic multi-spoke wheel rim complete with touches and details that enhance its dimensionality. While hour markers have been omitted to allow more room for the dial to shine, a date display is seamlessly integrated within the pattern near the 3 o’clock position. Hour and minute hands follow through with a two-tone design, partially coated in black PVD with a white-colored tip, complete with a Super-LumiNova® finish that adds to its readability in the dark.
Inside the 40mm stainless steel case, the UNG-07.S1 caliber is geared with a silicon balance spring, providing the timepiece with anti-magnetic resistance and a 60-hour power reserve. The timepiece comes with two caseback options, one with a transparent sapphire crystal offering a clear view into its inner workings or a specially-engraved steel version. Accompanying the timekeeper is a black leather strap with stitching details that pays homage to the sports car seats.
Limited to 200 examples, the Noramis Date Limited Edition Deutschland Klassik 2024 is priced at €2,780 EUR (approximately $2,962 USD) and is open available for inquiry via Union Glashütte.
