New Balance 1906L Lands in "Brown/Navy"

Is the third time the charm for the hybrid sillhouete?

New Balance‘s rather polarizing new silhouette – the 1906L, a tactical mix between a loafer and a sneaker – has surfaced in yet another new colorway. For the third go-around, New Balance has devised the inline offering in an earthy new hue.

Ensuring high shock absorption and repulsion, the hybrid silhouette arrives in a “Brown/Navy” iteration, complete with the signature high-spec sole. The upper is predominantly coated in a dark grey color, with a navy blue mesh section in the middle. While the pair opts for a branding-free tongue, New Balance’s “N” is again stamped at the middle of the mesh upper.

“Brown/Navy” marks the third colorway of the inline New Balance loafer, following up the vibrant green hue and, most recently, the “Grey/Silver” edition.  The shoes were initially revealed at Junya Watanabe MAN‘s Paris Fashion Week runway.

While a release date has yet to surface, expect the joints to release for purchase at some point this year. Stay tuned to Hypebeast as more info emerges.
