A Collected Man Offers up the Raúl Pagès Régulateur à Détente RP1 for Sale
Featuring a light blue Grand Feu enamel dial by Anita Porchet.
A Collected Man has presented the unique Régulateur à Détente RP1 timepiece, crafted by Raúl Pagès, the inaugural winner of the Louis Vuitton Watch Prize for Independent Creatives.
Arriving in the familiar design and silhouette, the Régulateur à Détente RP1 is the exact model that led Pagès to win the LV Watch Prize. Attired in a 38.5mm-wide stainless steel case, the timepiece houses an 18k gold main dial that’s hand-finished in a matte Grand Feu enamel. The enamel comes in striking light blue inspired by Le Corbusier’s Architectural Polychromy, while the two regulator displays are illuminated in a bright yellow.
Turning over, the open caseback provides an unobstructed view of its in-house movement — a stunning caliber boasting artisanal hand-finishing across its skeletonized bridge, gold chatons, and counterweights. The escapement is geared with 47 hours of power reserve and beats at a rate of 18,000 vph.
This exquisite time-teller is part of a three-piece series, each sporting a unique design and colorway that’s created in collaboration with enamel artist, Anita Porchet. Raúl Pagès’ Régulateur à Détente RP1 piece will be offered up for sale through A Collected Man. For more details, visit the watch dealers’ official website.
