Triple 5 Soul Winter 2024 Brings the Past to the Future

New York streetwear label Triple 5 Soul has dropped off a Winter 2024 collection that merges the past with the future, with an eras-combining mix of vintage silhouettes from @StorageBased and creative director Camella Ehlke’s archive alongside a contemporary crop of designs, many of which were hand-sewn in Ehlke’s Brooklyn studio.
“We want our sensibility to inspire creativity,” Ehlke explained, “whether that means rethinking how we use vintage, embracing the art of repurposing, or simply looking at fashion as a form of personal expression.”

The reimagined, repurposed and revitalized lineup is especially colorful, with yellow-green string tops, purple-blue striped rugby shirts and ultra-bright graphic tops comprising much of the statements. At the core of the collection is the tie hat, which has famously been worn by the likes of De La Soul and A Tribe Called Quest and has been sold in stores like Pat Fields. Elsewhere, tapestry-like “garment monsters” and a patchwork hoodie chair showcase just how creative one can be with old textiles.
Triple 5 Soul’s Winter 2025 collection is now available to shop on the brand’s webstore. Take a look at the lineup in the gallery above.
