BEAMS and HOKA Unveil Stinson EVO OG in Ultraviolet Color Palette
The retro runner’s uppers are steeped in a beetroot-hue and further accented with electric blue details.
Originally released in the early 2000s, HOKA revived the Stinson EVO OG from deep within its archives this past summer. Now the runner brand is introducing its first-ever collaborative iteration of the retro model with Japanese label BEAMS.
The BEAMS x HOKA Stinson EVO OG stuns in an ultraviolet-hued colorway steeped in a beetroot-esque purple with electric blue accents. The pair boasts the original details including HOKA’s signature chunky midsole design and sleek mesh uppers, given a technical boost with curvilinear silver overlays from the eyelets to the heel.
Deeper purple uppers are complimented with bright purple overlays at the toe box, tracing the midsole, and finally consuming the entire treaded outsoles. In contrast, electric blue accents appear on the bungee lacing system hardware and a prominent pull tab at the heel. The model also boasts dark gray suede toe caps and heel counters branded with a vertical HOKA wordmark.
The BEAMS x HOKA Stinson EVO OG will be exclusively at BEAMS’ web channels and select BEAMS locations on November 8.
