The Vans Skate Old Skool 36 has been a palette for many brands – both emerging and long-established – to go to work. With recent link-ups including Satoshi Nakamoto, BAPE and HYSTERIC GLAMOUR, Vans is now joining hands with Montreal-based punkandyo for another new take on the storied footwear silhouette.

With punkandyo’s retro punk aesthetic at the core, the dual-minded sneakers land in a two-toned black and gray colorway. A mixture of suede and canvas engulfs the upper, with Vans Sickstick™ technology offering optimal grip and durability with Duracap™ providing ensured longevity and PopCush delivery top-tier impact protection.

A punkandyo flag hang flag is attached to the quarter, with the label’s website embossed around the white midsole.  The white laces read “Vans”– also in punkandyo’s recognizable font. On the heel, a Vans logo is embroidered with a neon green Vans logo underneath.

Take a closer look above and shop the sneakers now at punkandyo’s official webstore.
