NN.07 and Fracap Go Wildly Luxe With M120 Boot
The NYC-exclusive boasts waterproof Vibram soles and Italian pony hair leather, handcrafted in Puglia, Italy.
NN.07 and Fracap have cooked up an NYC-exclusive M120 boot reimagined with furry leather uppers. The Copenhagen-based fashion purveyor and the Italian footwear brand are teaming up for a second time, following the pebbled leather M120 released earlier this Fall.
The all-new “Mountain Sprezzatura” variant uses fine Italian pony leather handcrafted in Puglia, Italy for its plush uppers. Even with the expressive materiality, the creative partners took a tastefully pared-back approach to the design. Without additional panels or overlays, the pony hair leather speaks for itself, covering everything from the narrow heel panel and the tongue. Eye-catching chrome eyelets are the only visible hardware, holding its duo-toned rope laces in place.
The shoes sit on a durable waterproof Vibram sole with lugged treads for additional traction, accented by a thin white line that traces around the midsole. In addition to the NN.07 wordmark on the insoles, the collaborator’s word mark also appears on a subtle cobalt blue tag at the heel.
Limited to 100 pairs, the limited-edition boots will be available beginning on November 7 at Cueva’s Brooklyn location and on November 8 at NN.07’s web store and the NN.07 NYC flagship.
