Nike has many tried and true formulas for bringing back silhouettes from its archive. Looking at the Zoom Vomero 5, it recognized how it synergizes with a market that appreciates retro runners and opted to push many different colorways. Since then, it’s further iterated upon the sneaker by creating the weatherized Zoom Vomero 5 Roam for Fall/Winter 2024.
Appearing in several colorful looks previously, the Zoom Vomero 5 is now set to drop in an all-black colorway that offers ample versatility. Everything from the reinforced mudguard to the ripstop base at the upper dons the stealthy finish with select bits of reflectivity included at the lacing system, laces and heel tab. This accent is accompanied by a “Racer Blue” hue that breaks up the monochrome look by appearing at the pull tab of the tongue’s “VOMERO” text and the Swoosh located at the heel tab. As for the Swooshes situated at the midfoot, both blend in with an all-black finish.
