Crenshaw Skate Club Weaves Heritage Into Its FW24 Collection
Combining its Californian roots with New York City energy.

Crenshaw Skate Club stays loyal to its Southern California roots, layering its Los Angeles legacy into both its graphic designs and cut-and-sew garments time and time again. For its Fall/Winter 2024 collection, the Tobey McIntosh-helmed label is looking past state lines to lift influence from another city that has helped shape its brand ethos: New York City.
Spanning work jackets, denim pants, cardigans, tees, hoodies, and hats, the collection is carried by Los Angeles-inspired motifs; an all-over print of the Los Angeles Metro Rail Station maps adorns the aptly entitled Map Cardigan.
The lookbook, however, was shot in New York City during the brand’s “CSC in NYC” series. Models flex the new range throughout Manhattan, posting up in subway stairwells, in front of skyscrapers and while in line at the street food cart.
“Every piece is a testament to the journeys we’ve taken and the stories we’re still writing. Expanding into new products and designs further expresses CSC’s message of empowerment and creativity,” McIntosh said of the release.
