A new trailer for the upcoming Persona 5 spinoff game, Persona 5 Tactica has dropped. Following the release of its mobile game earlier on in the year, it appears that the iconic RPG video game is still as relevant today.

As one of ATLUS’ crown jewels, the Persona game franchise has seen a fair share of success and popularity throughout its various sequels and spinoffs. In particular, the 2016 Persona 5 has swept a handful of awards and garnered acclaim for its gameplay, visual presentation, plot, and music. Since then, a number of spinoffs have been created based on the original game, including Persona 5 Royal, Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight, and Persona 5 Strikers.

Featuring the main squad from Persona 5, the new tactical RPG that takes place concurrently with the events in the original game, but with the Phantom Thieves of Hearts transported to an alternate, Medieval European-inspired world. The new trailer also reveals the “Repaint Your Heart Challenge Pack” DLC for the game including additional characters, Goro Akechi and Kasumi Yoshizawa.

Developed by ATLUS and P-Studio, Persona 5 Tactica is scheduled for release on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Steam on November 17, 2023.
