Atlanta-based fashion designer Nigel Xavier won first prize in the second season of Netflix‘s design show, Next in Fashion. Xavier’s deconstructed patchwork became a standout in the sea of competitors, creating upcycled attire that rekindled pre-loved garments into something new.

Nigel Xavier is preparing to release his new Archive collection, constructed before and after his appearance on Next in Fashion. The designer’s one-of-a-kind pieces are entirely unique, using diverse textiles that are never the same. The collection embraces a streetwear identity, featuring baggy silhouettes ornamented with handmade decor.

Xavier’s 150-piece offering includes reconstructed patchwork denim with frayed edges and graffiti-style illustrations. Carpeted dresses and tracksuits boast an Eastern feel, while quilted hoodies receive multi-colored threading. Vintage True Religion jeans comprise pocketed jumpsuits, outerwear, and skirts, completing the collection with various street-ready looks.

Take a closer look at Nigel Xavier‘s Archive collection in the gallery above. The collection is available now via the designer’s website.
