DC Shoes and NEEDLES Combine for Unexpected Capsule
Combining the “DC” logo with NEEDLES’ papillon across apparel and footwear options.
When it comes to collaborations, Japanese label NEEDLES has kept its followers on their toes with a healthy catalog of unique team-ups. Adding to this, the brand has shared that it has a project with DC Shoes on the way. Following collabs with the likes of UNION and BEAMS, NEEDLES has prepared a capsule of goods in white, purple and black with DC Shoes.
Throughout the collection, DC Shoes’ “DC” logo has been combined with NEEDLES signature papillon motif. This capsule logo is present on the tracksuit that sees its jacket in white with purple stripes and branding, matching the loose-fitting pants that similarly don the two elements alongside dotted purple linework spread throughout. A black co-branded bucket hat also joins the range with two footwear looks rounding things out. Utilizing DC Shoes’ Spectre silhouette, black and white colorways have been enlivened with purple detailing throughout, prominently displaying the papillon embroidered at the heel of each.
The official launch of the collaborative DC Shoes x NEEDLES capsule is scheduled to take place on August 26 via NEPENTHES and select retailers worldwide.
