Breitling Unveils a US-Exclusive Navitimer B01 Chronograph
Only 300 pieces are made.
Breitling has just dropped a new limited-edition Navitimer B01 Chronograph for the North American market.
Throughout the years, the Navitimer has seen an array of iterations since its conception 70 years ago. For this particular release, many of the iconic model’s classic features have been incorporated, including its circular slide rule, baton indexes, notched bezel, as well as its trio of chronograph counters. Now geared with the Breitling 01 in-house, self-winding mechanical movement, the resulting timepiece is both an embodiment of Breitling’s history and a showcase of its modern technology.
Arriving in a 46mm case size, this exclusive time-teller boasts a thickness of 13.9mm and weighs around 120 grams. Made up of stainless steel and 18k red gold, the watch case frames an anthracite dial plate, where it’s paired with black subdials, and accompanied by a matching leather strap. The caliber beats at an astounding rate of 28,800 vibrations every hour, while also being capable of withstanding up to 3 bars of water resistance, complete with a power reserve of 70 hours.
Exclusively sold on Breitling’s U.S. webstore, the limited-edition Navitimer BN01 Chronograph 46 has a retail price point of $11,900 USD.
