UK rock band Arctic Monkeys has added new dates to round out its international tour, promoting their seven studio album, The Car.

The group led by singer Alex Turner has cemented itself in British music history, following several critically-acclaimed releases since their 2006 debut album, Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not. Arctic Monkeys’ The Car hit streaming platforms in late 2022, expanding on the band’s refreshed sound unveiled in Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino.

Arctic Monkeys’ year-long The Car tour has traveled around North America, South America, and Europe, arriving in the UK earlier this summer. The band canceled its only performance at Dublin’s Marlay Park after Turner fell ill, repaying its fanbase with three new shows in the capital’s 3Arena. Arctic Monkeys will bring alternative ballads to Ireland on October 15, 17, and 19, landing in Belfast’s The SSE Arena on October 16 to conclude The Car tour.

Regarding ticket release dates, Arctic Monkeys said: “Previous ticket holders will be sent a unique access code and will be given 72-hour priority pre-sale access starting at 9 a.m. on Friday, August 25 to purchase tickets.” The remaining tickets will go on general sale on August 29 at 9 a.m. local time.
