With Tekla, fabrics are its bread and butter. But what lies under the surface is an overall appreciation for design. As such, the brand has now united with Artek for a 2nd Cycle installation.

Taking place during this year’s 3 Days of Design festival in Copenhagen, the installation is set to transform Tekla’s new store in Copenhagen. Specifically, the installation is inspired by the home and incorporates items from Artek 2nd Cycle like the celebratory Stool 60 Kontrasti. The lineup of furniture pieces comes to life through vivid hues, eye-catching textures and gripping curved and straight lines.

What also stands out about the installation is its exaltation of modernist design, which is a core value for Tekla and Artek. The installation is open now to the public through June 17 at Vognmagergade 7 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Take a peek at the installation in the gallery above.
