G-SHOCK Celebrates the 4th of July With New DW-5600 Colorway
The patriotic timepiece is fashioned with a silver bezel and features stars and stripes on the strap.
G-SHOCK is going full throttle this season by unloading a flurry of new watches. In recent memory, the brand has announced collaborations with Billionaire Boys Club and thisisneverthat as well as uncovered its 30th anniversary Edition FROGMAN, and now it’s adding this 4th of July DW-5600 to its summer lineup.
Casio has fashioned this timepiece so that it can be sported before, during or after America’s forthcoming birthday celebration. The watch comes styled with a metallic silver bezel and features a strap that’s adorned with all-over star and stripe patterns that reference the USA’s flag. The dial is filled in with a navy blue hue, and when its electro-luminescent backlight is turned on, it reveals an actual US flag icon in the background. In terms of its technological features, the watch is equipped with shock resistance, 200M water resistance, an electro-luminescent backlight, a multi-function alarm, a 1/100-second stopwatch, countdown timer, a full auto-calendar and more.
