Geneva-born watch brand AERA calls into question traditional watch-making, launching under timeless ethos and unmatched craftsmanship. AERA is taking its talent to the great outdoors, testing its P-1 Pilot watch inside Kenya’s migrating forests.

AERA debuts its inaugural Aeranaut watch with wildlife photographer Steve Woods, who documents the great migration in East Africa. Millions of local species travel from Serengeti to the Maasai Mara region in search of warmer climates, photographing one of the Ten Wonders of the World and experiencing the magic firsthand.

AERA examines its P-1 Pilot watch in the great outdoors, utilizing the versatile Nato strap for supreme grip while in motion. The refined timepiece boasts a black dial with enlarged numerals and silver hardware, seeing the textile band receive two-toned stripping for a casual look.

Take a closer look at AERA’s P-1 Pilot watch in the gallery above and explore more on the AERA website.
