UNDEFEATED and Galpin Auto Sports Unveil Urban-Inspired Custom Land Rover Builds
Using the Defender 90 and 110 models as the base vehicles.
Los Angeles-based streetwear brand, UNDEFEATED, has once again joined forces with Galpin Auto Sports (GAS), a globally recognized bespoke car designer, to introduce two personalized Land Rover builds inspired by and tailored to urban environments.
These builds utilized the Defender 90 and 110 models, following a prior collaboration between the duo that unveiled outdoor-centric custom builds first revealed in 2021.
The design for these urban Defenders was led by James Bond, co-founder and co-owner of UNDEFEATED, alongside the experienced team at GAS. UNDEFEATED shared that every element, from the exterior to the interior, was meticulously chosen and customized to stand out in the urban jungle.
The 2022 Land Rover Defender 90 X-Dynamic HSE Sport Utility AWD comes in a sleek Titanium White finish and features a range of modern amenities like an 11.4-inch touchscreen system, a Head-Up Display and Wi-Fi connectivity with a data plan. For comfort during city commutes, it features 4:20:40 fixed heated rear seats with a center armrest, cabin air ionization with PM2.5 filter and a cold climate pack. Additional details include reupholstered door panels and an extended black exterior pack, as well as a raised air intake, expedition roof rack and wheel arch extensions to round the vehicle out.
On the other hand, the 2022 Land Rover Defender 110 XS Sport Utility AWD features a rich Bahamian Gold exterior, providing a stark contrast to its counterpart. Like the 90 model, it also boasts an 11.4-inch touchscreen system and a premium interior storage pack but adds a unique advanced off-road capability pack for unexpected urban adventures. Other notable elements include the custom door panel inserts and a tow hitch receiver, making it equally as practical as it is luxurious.
Both vehicles ride on Forgiato x UNDEFEATED 19D Cactus Jack wheels, encased in custom variant Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires, designed for a smooth ride on city streets. The suspension system comprises air suspension both at the front and rear, for a comfortable and controlled driving experience. Each vehicle also features various co-branding throughout, including at the wheels, badges, headrests and more.
At the time of writing, release information for the two special-edition vehicles has yet to be revealed, however, in a co-branded Instagram post the brands shared an email available for “all inquires.” See the post below or find out more about the vehicles on GAS’s official site.
