Napoli Prepares for Halloween With Spooky Limited-Edition Away Jersey

Italian football giant Napoli has just presented a limited-edition third kit in celebration of the forthcoming Halloween season.

Designed with a black base and complemented with a slew of skull sketches, the creation is an understated one, with the sketch also including outlines of teeth and hollowed-out eye sockets.

The kit takes inspiration from the Fontanelle Cemetery in Naples — a cavernous ossuary carved into the hills outside the city that holds the remains of thousands of citizens who died during the 17th Century and which later became the focus of a local cult.

Additionally, the club badge and shirt sponsor blend seamlessly into the design, matching up with the corresponding silver shades of the skulls. Napoli’s Italian tricolor also remains in the center of the chest, while elements of Napoli’s classic blue can be spotted along the piping frames across the midsection of the jersey.
