Jorja Smith Sets Her Musical Footprint on Clarks Originals' Desert Nomad

British footwear pioneer Clarks is cementing itself in the music industry, delivering thumping collaborations throughout 2023. From Kurupt FM to Cat Burns, Clarks is making a statement and enlists BRIT-winning artist Jorja Smith to support.
The renowned singer-songwriter has taken over international music scenes, releasing her second studio album falling or flying last month. Her dance-ready beats and poetic melodies have pushed her onto global stages without slowing down.
Smith joins Clarks’ experimental Originals division for the first time, reinterpreting the Desert Nomad that returned in 2023. She removes the rear for a mule-like appearance, drenching the sustainable EVOLO suede uppers in dark black hues. Tonal stitching adorns the toe boxes and perimeters, while speckled laces and silver hardware complete the design with collaborative fobs and Clarks’ trademark crepe soles.
