Nike Air More Uptempo Slide Surfaces in Blue Gradient
Featuring full-length Air units.
After debuting earlier last year in a simple black-and-white color scheme, the Nike Air More Uptempo Slide now surfaces in its first alternate colorway. First debuted in 1996 and popularized by Bulls forward Scottie Pippen, the Nike Air More Uptempo features distinct jumbo “AIR” lettering inspired by oversized objects from ’90s pop art and graffiti.
While materials used have been significantly reduced for the Uptempo Slides, signature elements carry over from the original silhouette including the aforementioned “AIR” lettering as well as puffed uppers incorporating horizontal perforations. Underlying accents appear in blue galaxy-like hues and cream-white sole units below feature a full-length Air unit.
