On-Foot Look at the Two 18 x Air Jordan 2 Low
A map of Detroit is printed across the insoles.

It’s no secret that 2022 has been the year that Jordan Brand has put plenty of its chips into its Air Jordan 2. The silhouette has never really had a major mainstream moment until now, and new life has been reinvigorated into the model through its streak of striking collaborations. After recently being reworked into a duo of variations by Nina Chanel Abney, the kicks are now calling for our attention once again as its forthcoming joint project with Two 18 has just appeared via on-foot imagery.
Two 18 is one of the newest sneaker boutiques that has been erected in Detroit, Michigan and its newest interpretation of the once-overlooked offering comes with playful details. An earth-toned palette is utilized here as the upper panels alternate between shades of “Rocky Tan” and “British Tan.” Collars of the medial side are styled with luxe croc-like textures and the piping along the mid-foot features red and blue accents which potentially serve as a subtle nod to the Detroit Pistons. Lace loops have been enhanced with tortoise patterns for extra flair and the hangtags are branded with a Jumpman logo on one side and Two 18’s emblem on the other. Additionally, the insoles display extra love for “Motor City” as a map of Detroit adorns each side.
Early reports have these slated to drop during the Holiday ‘22 season for $200 USD, but Two 18 still needs to confirm this.
In case you missed it, the Air Jordan 37 has been unveiled.
