The per episode salaries of the Stranger Things cast members have been revealed for seasons 1 to 3, showcasing their pay raise and the highest-earning cast member. It is yet to be seen if there was any further increase for season 4.

Winona Ryder and David Harbour, who play Joyce Byers and Jim Hopper, are the top earners as they were paid $350,000 USD per episode for the third season, with Ryder’s pay increasing from $100,000 USD during the first season and Harbour’s from $80,000 USD. Coming in at second place is Millie Bobby Brown/Eleven, who received the highest pay raise as she moved up to approximately $300,000 USD per episode in season three from $20,000 USD in season one.

Meanwhile, Finn Wolfhard/Mike, Gaten Matarazzo/Dustin, Caleb McLaughlin/Lucas and Noah Schnapp/Will were all paid $250,000 per episode in season three after being paid $20,000 USD per episode in season one. Sadie Sink/Max, who joined the cast in season two, was first paid $150,000 USD per episode then bumped up to $250,000 USD in season three, while season three newcomer Maya Hawke/Robin was paid $250,000 USD per episode. Finally, the older teenage cast — Natalia Dyer/Nancy, Joe Keery/Steve and Charlie Heaton/Jonathan — were all paid $150,000 USD per episode in season three.
