IRON FACTORY Crafts Alphonse Elric Helmet From 'Fullmetal Alchemist'
A 1/1 replica.

Known for its metalware work, Japanese label IRON FACTORY has added to its licensed collaborative products with a Fullmetal Alchemist release. Building on the popularity of the manga/anime, the latest collaboration comes in the form of a 1/1 scale replica of Alphonse Elric’s helmet.
Also known as Al, the deuteragonist of the Fullmetal Alchemist series, had his entire physical body taken away during the failed Human Transmutation experiment he performed with his brother, Edward Elric. In the aftermath, Al had his soul alchemically bound to a large suit of steel armor.
Weighing around 11 kg, each accurately crafted helmet is made in IRON FACTORY’s Castem factory, known for its “precision manufacturing technology” and 52 years of expertise. To craft a helmet, stainless steel is heated to a temperature of 1,700 °C and poured in a 3D modeled mold. The replica features detachable eyes and a faithful long hair band coming out the top of the helmet. Each decorative piece also comes with specially designed wooden storage box.
Priced at ¥165,000 JPY (approximately $1,193 USD), the 1/1 replica of Alphonse Elric’s helmet from Fullmetal Alchemist is available now for order (delivery set for three months after orders) on IRON FACTORY’s website.
