lululemon expands its range of soft goods to now encompass clothing made for the outdoors. Under its hiking collection that’s new for Spring/Summer 2022, the brand is focusing on versatility for its functional pieces.

The collection is inspired by lululemon’s core belief in the physical and mental benefits people gain from breathing in the outdoors. Each item has three major design components; it is Stashable, constructed with plenty of pockets and extra cargo space; Adaptable, made for varying weather conditions from warm, windy, and wet; and Convertible, on/off zips for custom climate control.

Ben Stubbington, Senior Vice President of Design and Concepts, comments, “We wanted this collection to be about the functionality lululemon is known for, elevated with adaptable details for outdoor adventures like packable, lightweight layering systems, fashion-forward aesthetic and colors, with abrasion-resistant, highly breathable fabrics.”

Set for a July 5 release, the hiking range from lululemon is priced from $25 – $210 USD.
