Brendon Babenzien Refreshes Heritage Pieces With Inaugural J.Crew Collection
Featuring cashmere sweaters, suiting, heavyweight sweatshirts and more.

Brendon Babenzien is refreshing J.Crew’s classic prep aesthetic with his inaugural collection for the Fall/Winter 2022 season. Last year it was announced that the Noah co-founder and former Supreme creative director would helm menswear at the New York brand, and now the long-awaited offering has finally arrived.
By fusing his design rhetoric with J.Crew’s signature styles, Babenzien’s first collection presents a modern take on the brand’s heritage pieces. The collection features a wide array of garments like cashmere sweaters, suiting, chinos, heavyweight sweatshirts, long-sleeve polo shirts and more. A shining design detail of the collection is its usage of several fabrics like herringbone, tweed, Scottish wool and more, which come to live in natural shades. Another highlight of the collection is knitted cardigans and crewneck sweaters with lettered detailing.
Rounding out the collection are accessories like wool baseball caps, paisley wool ties, corduroy bucket hats, canvas tote bags, Paraboot Michael suede derbys and leather boots.
The first offering of Brendon Babenzien’s inaugural J.Crew menswear collection is available now online with more styles arriving on Tuesday, August 16.
