Bandai and 'SPY x FAMILY' Craft an Anya Forger Tamagotchi
Dedicated to the adorable telepath in the popular anime series.
Bandai has officially announced a new two-piece Tamagotchi series dedicated to the anime series SPY x FAMILY‘s adorable pink-haired telepath, Anya. Anya arrives in various forms, including in her regular Eden College outfit, Pajama Anya, Detective Anya, Witch Anya, and more. Her character can play a variety of games including dodge and a “spy” word-match game and the pixel Anya can also express a variety of emotions including joy, shock, panic, sadness, and “heh.” Other features include feeding Anya her favorite food, peanuts, with other meals yet to be revealed.
SPY x Family sold 12.5 million copies of its manga before the anime officially premiered on April 9. It has since then become one of the most popular new anime shows in Japan and the world. Below is a brief synopsis from Crunchyroll.
