French Microbrand Serica Drops $1,300 USD 5303-3 Diver
Marking the brand’s first use of color.

French microbrand Serica has added a first dash of muted color to its latest dive watch.
The Serica 5303-3 features a polished “crystal blue” ceramic bezel ring and midnight blue enamel dial, following on from the black and silver references that introduced the series in 2020.
The bezel features two scales, featuring a 60-minute scale on the ceramic ring and a 12-hour second timezone scale on the metal portion.
The 39mm polished and brushed stainless steel houses a Swiss-made Newton 4Hz automatic movement made by Soprod, accurate to -/+ 4 seconds a day with a 45-hour power reserve. The hacking seconds automatic can also be wound by hand.
An anti-reflective sapphire crystal sits above the dial while the reverse features a solid metal caseback, offering 300m water resistance.
The 5303-3 is secured on a tapered stainless steel Milanese mesh bracelet and is available to order with the crown on the either the left or right side of the case via Serica, priced €1,290 (approximately $1,340 USD).
