Despite releasing almost a decade ago, Kendrick Lamar‘s good kid, m.A.A.d city is still setting records.

As confirmed by Billboard, the October 2012 record recently arrived at No. 17 on this week’s Billboard 200, becoming the second rap album in history to spend 500 weeks on the chart. The other only hip-hop project to reach this milestone is Eminem‘s Curtain Call: The Hits, a compilation project released in 2005.

Lamar’s latest studio album and his first in five years, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, moved down to No. 2 this week after briefly holding the record for the biggest debut week of 2022. He was overtaken by Harry Style’s Harry’s House, which opened at No. 1 this week with half a million units sold in its first week — the biggest week of the year so far.

Elsewhere in music, Rolling Loud New York announced its 2022 dates.
