A return to pragmatism.

Moving into the new year, Taiwan-based label 4DIMENSION® has returned with its 1st Collection of 2023. Developing its outlook for the coming year, the range draws inspiration from outdoor wear, military uniforms, and active wear of the Y2K era (2000-2005). Marking a return to pragmatism, this time around, 4DIMENSION® developed an intensive display of tailoring and fabric selection accented by wearability, functionality, and subtle detailing.

Utilizing a simple color palette, the major tones are contrasted by a bright orange hue that serves to represent the winter sun. Leading the 2023 1st Collection is the F-4B Uniform Jacket, which references the iconic biker jacket, and the G-1O Yuuto25 Jacket, a sleeved pullover marked by dynamic panel lines. Another notable item is the PJ-2B Q Reflective Jacket, a blouson style outerwear woven with a reflective yarn combined with weatherproof bonded nylon. Finishing up range is the C-8L fourdii Team Zip-Hoodie that displays a continuous design language of 4DIMENSION®.

The lookbook for the 2023 1st Collection was handled by Innocent Hood, a select store in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and utilizes a backdrop of Southern Taiwan. Showing the wares in the dropping temperatures of the tropical island through a mix of green plants and brutalism.

Take a look at the 2023 1st collection above and shop the range on 4DIMENSION®’s website and at select retailers now.
