Interpreting a bold brand ethos through architecture and design.

Earlier this year, Swiss watch brand Tudor opened its first U.S. boutique in New York City’s Meatpacking District. Tapping into the brand’s distinct DNA, the thoughtfully-executed space offers the watchmakers’s range of classic, sport, diving and heritage-inspired timepieces in a setting that immerses shoppers in the brand’s rich history.

Turning the unmissable look and feel of a Tudor watch into a physical space, the boutique is designed with various elements that visually showcase the evolution of the brand. With a flair for the bold, the entryway is fittingly outfitted with the slogan, “Born to Dare.” This state of mind drives the architecture and design throughout the space. In addition to a color palette of black, red, white, Tudor’s visual language is represented in through a range of materials. Visitors will take note of the satin-finish, brushed black, transparent red and structured white surfaces, which are matched by equally sleek timepieces on display.
As the first New York location for the brand, Tudor is also providing touches like a wrist shot module that lets guests snap an on-wrist photo of their new watch. Rounding out the exclusive experiences, the shop is the only place in the United States where the recently-released Black Bay Fifty-Eight Bronze “Boutique Edition” is available.
Tudor’s new boutique is now open at 29-35 Ninth Avenue in New York. Take a tour of the space in the video above before booking an appointment to visit the location. To learn more about Tudor, head the brand’s website.
