Despite only having two Air Force 1 team-ups with Nike under his belt, G-Dragon has swiftly become a collaborator to watch out for amongst the sneaker community. And for his next initiative with the Swoosh, the K-pop icon is ostensibly straying away from Nike‘s existing catalog of footwear and instead receiving his own signature model: the PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Kwondo 1.

After being previewed by the South Korean rapper himself not too long ago, the shoes have now surfaced by way of a from-the-top perspective. The shoes are engineered with a lower cut and feature various details that align with the artist’s fashion-forward sensibility. Uppers are primarily constructed with smooth white leathers and feature wing-tip details on the toe boxes and tonal Swooshes on the side panels. On top of the throat sits branded lace shrouds that split between a PEACEMINUSONE hit on the right shoe while the Nike Sportswear logo adorns the left side, both of which are printed out in black. Floral embellishments are also brought to the table on the heels and the treading, the former of which sees through to a yellow finish.

Early reports are saying that these will be dropping in January 2022 for $180 USD, but Nike and G-Dragon have yet to confirm this.
