The GORE-TEX-Equipped Nike Pegasus Trail 3 Receives Brown/Volt Makeover
Borrowing cues from the original Pegasus.
Nike Running expands the Pegasus Trail 3 with another colorway in Volt and brown — sporting waterproof GORE-TEX construction and trail-performance-enhancing details.
Featuring a breathable brown mesh upper, this Pegasus iteration sees volt details in the outsoles, collar, tongue tag and quarter rear. For the branding, Swooshes add a sense of boldness on the lateral wall, while red accents give way to the co-branded insoles and the tonal GORE-TEX logo on the forefoot. Highlights include the volt tongue tag that borrows cues from the original Pegasus. To round off the high-performance trail runner, the Trail 3 opts for a full React midsole with extra grip on the heel and toe for better balance along with a shockwave pattern.
Priced at $130 USD, the Nike Pegasus Trail 3 Gore-Tex is set to drop later in 2021 at Nike’s website.
