Ahead of World Emoji Day (July 17), Emojipedia has revealed the potential emoji additions coming with Unicode 14.0.

Set to be finalized in September by Unicode Consortium, once again the range is centered around diversity and inclusivity. Some notable emojis include a melting smiley face, peeking smiley face, disco ball, finger hearts, along with an array of hand emojis in various skin tones. Following deliberation, Unicode 14.0 will arrive sometime between late 2021 and early 2022.

It is important to note that Unicode 14.0 was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. “This year we simply can’t commit to the same schedule we’ve adhered to in the past,” said Unicode Consortium last year.

Take a look at the potential emojis coming with Unicode 14.0 above.
