Stüssy Joins With COMME des GARÇONS Parfums for a Beachy New Fragrance
The frequent collaborators join once more for a scent inspired by Laguna Beach.
Stüssy joins with COMME des GARÇONS Parfums for a fragrance inspired by the mood and lifestyle of Laguna Beach, where Stüssy got its start. The collaboration falls in step with a long history of partnership between the two brands, and this latest collaborative release may draw out some unexpected interplays in the brands’ aesthetics and origins.
The perfume itself will pair fresh marine notes with moss and atlas cedar, which mingle with white solar flowers to achieve, as the brand says, a “laid back vibrational force.”
It’s an interesting pairing with COMME des GARÇONS Parfums, considering its penchant for creating bold, complex and at times divisive scents.
Stüssy Laguna Beach will be available at Comme des Garçons shops and select Stüssy and Dover Street Market locations as well as via the Dover Street Market and Stüssy web stores on Friday, February 5.
