Malbon Golf Heads to the Metaverse With New Buckets Club NFTs
This new initiative consists 1,000 unique characters based on the golf imprint’s iconic Buckets logo.
Throughout the Fall/Winter 2021 season, Malbon Golf has been locked in on producing several product collaborations, two of which were footwear capsules with New Balance while the other was an apparel and accessories range with Budweiser. However, it’s founders Stephen and Erica Malbon are looking to switch gears for a brief second and introduce the brand’s latest venture into the metaverse with its all-new Buckets Club NFTs.
Buckets Club is an NFT initiative that involves 1,000 unique characters, all of which are inspired by Malbon Golf’s iconic Buckets insignia. Those that own a Bucket NFT will be granted access to an exclusive club of holders with full transparency on the Ethereum blockchain. Each variation is a 1-of-1 image made that includes playful bodies, headwear, accessories and more. In the gallery above, you can see that the imprint has referenced various pop culture icons from the Flinstones to the Grateful Dead bears for its various images, but remixed them in a way that relates back to its signature logo.
Owning a Bucket gives you access to an exclusive club of holders with added value that grows over time, with full transparency on the Ethereum blockchain.
