Folk has teamed up with the Architectural Association for a unique collaboration that sees the British label craft a collection of fit-for-purpose apparel for the staff and students of its Dorset-based woodland campus.

Located in the south west of England, Hooke Park is the Architectural Association’s 350-hectare working forest which boasts a growing educational environment of creative, making and landscape-focused activities.

Following a visit to the campus early last year, Folk began designing and crafting a selection of durable garments for the staff and students that are not only fit-for-purpose in a world of adventure and creativity, but that look good too.

While the range itself looks utilitarian to the eye, the fabrication and attention to detail is everything we’ve come to expect from the brand, with liner jackets made with Japanese brush cotton, to cozy knitwear crafted with wool and organic cotton.

The collection arrives in an array of “Deep Pine Green”, “Warm Ochres”, “Blonde Stone” and “Matt Charcoal” — a nod to the rich forest palette — and is accompanied by the below short-film directed by Jethro Marshall, which tells the inspiring story behind Hooke Park.

The full Folk x Hooke Park collection is available to buy now from the brand’s online webstore.
