The result of extensive formulation at the Jeni’s test kitchen, the unique flavor uses savory elements to accent a subtly sweet base inspired by everyone’s favorite beigel option. Everything Bagel Ice Cream is a buttery streusel laden with sesame, poppy seeds—and yes, onions and garlic—schmeared throughout subtly sweet cream cheese ice cream.
The Everything Bagel Ice Cream flavor will be released online and at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams locations January 25.
