After unveiling the Dark Shadow Edition of its iconic X7 back in July, German automaker BMW has now revealed another model to join the murdered-out collection, this time turning to its staple 5 Series.
Much like the SUV, the 530i M Sport’s exterior comes dressed entirely in Carbon Black, paired immaculately with Shadow Line trims by the windows. The dark tone of the vehicle is complimented by a high-gloss kidney grille in the same color, while a welcome dash of contrast comes in the form of Orbit Grey M Performance alloy wheels down low.
Turning to the interior, BMW has made two options available, depending on your personal style. For those who wish to extend the blacked-out look into the cabin, the automaker can offer an interior featuring black Dakota leather with subtle blue stitching, and for those who prefers to mix things up a little, there’s Cognac-colored leather finish as well.
Limited to just 36 units made, the BMW 5 Series Dark Shadow Edition will be exclusively available in the Malaysian market for a price of roughly $97,000 USD.
Elsewhere in the automotive world, Tesla’s Autopilot Full Self-Driving has completed a round trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
