Daniel Arsham Links With Toraichi For Workwear Collection
Celebrating the one year anniversary of Tokyo-based store 2G.
Fresh from unveiling his ‘Bronze Eroded Jupiter’ sculpture, American artist Daniel Arsham now links up with Japanese workwear label Toraichi to celebrate the first anniversary of Tokyo-based studio 2G.
The Shibuya Parco store, which opened last year, marks its first year with a collaborative collection that comprises a mix of elevated workwear pieces like the Nikka Trousers and the traditional cargo pants, staples in the arsenal of Toraichi.
The Blizza Tech jacket — that boasts high water repellency — arrives in four configurations, while masked hoodies, T-shirts and caps complete the offering. A large tarpaulin bag rounds off the collection which dons Arsham’s “TORA” box logo, a common theme throughout the collection.
Currently on sale at the 2G store, the collection will release globally on December 1 via the Toraichi webstore.
