Here's Every Confirmed Character for 'One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows'
Mumen Rider makes the cut.
Based on the hit anime One Punch Man, the upcoming fighting game One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows was announced earlier this year in June, accompanied by a first trailer showcasing some of its gameplay. Now, the title has released another gameplay trailer at Gamescom 2019 confirming the list of playable characters.
Currently, they are:
- Saitama
- Genos
- Mumen Rider
- Speed-o’-Sound Sonic
- Tatsumaki
- Atomic Samurai
- Vaccine Man
- Deep Sea King
- Carnage Kabuto
- Mosquito Girl
- Fubuki
- Bang
- Boros
Aside from a glimpse of all the playable characters, the trailer also shed light on a new game mode previously unrevealed. The mode appears to pitch a hero of your choice up against one of the boss villains. Severely unmatched in power, the aim of the mode is for your character to simply survive a certain period of time until Saitama — which the game says “always arrives late” — turns up and defeats the boss in his signature move of one simple punch.
For now, Bandai Namco hasn’t announced an official release date for the game, which will be available for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4, so stay tuned for more news to come.
Elsewhere in gaming, Alliance was eliminated from The International due to their captain mistakenly picking the wrong character.
