LOEWE's Drake-Approved Marilyn Monroe Shirt Is Now Available
Make a bold, artful statement.

LOEWE is paying homage to Marilyn Monroe this season with a colorful shirt featuring the late model’s familiar dolled-up image. Offered in a draping button-down silhouette, the top is plastered with a graphic that captures Monroe’s signature details, including her curly blond tresses and bright red lipstick. The eye-catching number even recently caught Drake’s attention, who was spotted out and about in the $1,100 USD style over the weekend.
While the front of the style is completely covered by the photographic print, the back is featured in solid black for a heavy contrast. It’s constructed with a classic collar and made of 100% viscose to lend a silky feel. A concealed-button fastening lines the front of the shirt, while a star-patterned hem and sleeve cuffs finish it off.
The style is available to shop now from The Webster’s online store.
LOEWE is by far not the first fashion label to pull inspiration from Monroe. Dries van Noten’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection was filled with references of the actress, and she was also the subject of Yohji Yamamoto’s Ground Y label last May.
