Celebrating the upcoming remake of Final Fantasy VII, Square Enix teamed up with lauded Japanese watch manufacturer Seiko on a limited run of Chronographs centered around the game’s two main characters.

Designed to represent Cloud Strife and Sephiroth, the two iterations feature precise automatic Seiko Instruments movements accompanied by FFVII embossed rotors which are visible from the all-glass back panels. The Cloud Strife iteration features a mirror finish stainless steel case accented by a Materia-inspired sapphire glass crown and a 3D Cloudy Wolf emblem marked Mako-inspired mother-of-pearl central disk dial. Matching the antagonist’s character, the alternate Sephiroth version sports a black coated stainless steel case with an onyx crow and 3D One-Winged Angel emblem marked Mako-inspired mother-of-pearl central disk dial

According to Square Enix, each limited edition Chronographs will be made in Japan with only 77 pieces made per region. Marked with a unique region-specific serial number, every watch will come in a specially-crafted case for display.

Priced at $2,500 USD, the Cloud Strife and Sephiroth version Final Fantasy VII Chronographs are now available now for pre-order on the Square Enix Store.
