Kid Cudi and Big Boi Join Shudder's 'Creepshow' Anthology Cast

Stephen King and George A. Romero’s cult classic comes back to life.

Kid Cudi and Big Boi are joining Shudder‘s upcoming revival of Stephen King and George A. Romero’s cult classic horror anthology Creepshow. Cudi will be joined alongside actor Jeffrey Combs in the episode “Bad Wolf Down,” while Big Boi will appear in “The Man in the Suitcase” episode.

The series showrunner Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead) will direct “The Finger” starring DJ Qualls (Supernatural) and written by horror novelist David J. Schow. Nicotero’s former mentor in the special effect makeup world, Tom Savini, will also direct an episode.

Executive producers include Nicotero himself, Brian Witten, Stan Spry, Jeff Holland, Eric Woods, Robert Dudelson, James Dudelson, Jordan Kizwani, Russell Binder, and Marc Mostman.

Shudder has released all 12 segments, which will make up the series’ six episodes releasing later this year.

Doc and Chief, two old-timers in a small, dying town, brave a storm to check on Richie, an alcoholic single father, after encountering his terrified son at the local convenience store. The story, first published in 1973, is part of King’s best-selling 1978 collection, Night Shift.
